Awareness of Mental Health through the Performing Arts (AMHPA) in collaboration with NAMI Indianapolis, Inc., the local affiliate of the National Alliance on Mental Illness, are pleased to announce the inaugural Shining Light Film Festival debuting May 2-4, 2013 at the Wheeler Arts Community Theater in the Fountain Square cultural district just southeast of downtown Indianapolis.
